For a limited period of time, The Mindfulness Tree is offering 40-minute, 1-to-1 virtual sessions, to support your mental health over the summer. These sessions are offered on a DONATION ONLY basis (give based upon how valuable you find them).*
Together, we can discuss your situation and find techniques that work for you. We can work on specific issues (anxiety, relationships, confidence etc.) and build a practice that suits your circumstances.
The Mindfulness Tree also offers 1-to-1 sessions through Coventry’s “Time Union” – see here for details
