Mindfulness For Mental Health

Come along on Thursday evenings to learn how mindfulness can support mental health. We will look at a variety of formal mindfulness practices and some informal techniques for building mindfulness into everyday life. In each standalone session, participants will be introduced to a new mindfulness-based strategy for promoting mental wellbeing. Key themes include how mindfulness can be used to:

  • Deal with difficult thoughts
  • Tackle stress and anxiety
  • Calm the chattering mind
  • Develop compassion
  • Promote awareness, focus and creativity

Free to attend. These sessions are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators.
