If you’re looking for a regular mindfulness and meditation community, come along to the Friends Meeting House on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, for Mid-Week Mindfulness.
These sessions are free to attend and open to beginners and experienced meditators alike. We’ll also have time for tea/coffee and discussion before the session at 6:10, and afterwards 7:30-8.
Each evening, we get together for some time to meditate, find ways to build mindfulness into everyday life, and explore how mindfulness can help us:
- Reduce stress and anxiety
- Build resilience
- Boost creativity, kindness and compassion
- Improve focus
- Help deal with difficult thoughts
