If you’re tired of constant worry and stress, join us for this 4-week course to learn the basics of mindfulness practice.
Mindfulness is a traditional way to bring more focus, calm and composure into our lives, proven to support a more resilient, confident and gentle way of being.
A regular mindfulness practice helps us to come out of the whirlwind of worry and urgency and to appreciate the everyday joys of life.
Over 4-weeks together, we’ll explore how mindfulness can give us some freedom from our thoughts and emotions, so we can pursue what’s important to us.
We will practice paying attention to our world, our mind and our lives, in a more compassionate and non-judgmental manner, to bring about a life of greater ease and meaning.
- Week 1: Exploring The Basics – Mindfulness of Breathing
- Week 2: Becoming Curious – The Body Scan
- Week 3: Letting Go – Mindfulness of Sound and Open Awareness
- Week 4: Living Every Moment: Everyday Mindfulness Techniques
By the end of this course, you’ll have all the tools you need to meditate everyday, and to go forwards into a deeper mindfulness journey.
This course is suitable for people completely new to mindfulness, and those looking to refresh their own personal practice.
