Mindfulness Meetups – Coventry
Location: The Nook Urban Retreat, 6 Upper Precinct, Coventry CV1 1DE
Dates: FROM SEPTEMBER 2021 – 1st, 3rd (& 5th) Wednesday of each month
Looking for a secular mindfulness community? Or to meet like-minded people? Join us at The Nook
These sessions are informal, free to attend, and open to both beginners and experienced meditators.
We meet for a guided meditation, Q&A, then mindful listening practice in pairs and discussion on a different topic with a selection of teas and coffees.
Join for a chance to meditate and to explore how mindfulness can:
– Reduce stress and anxiety
– Build resilience
– Boost creativity, kindness and compassion
– Improve focus
– Help deal with difficult thoughts
Experience what mindfulness can do for you, and join us one evening
Please arrive before 6:30 (when we’ll start), as the venue’s front doors need to be locked at this time for security purposes 🙏
Facilitated by Dr Michael Roberts.
Getting There: The Nook is in Coventry city-centre, near Broadgate, next-door to H. Samuel. There is £1 parking for the whole evening in many central car parks after 6pm. The closest car parks are Bishop Street, Spon Street, Barracks and Salt Lane. The venue is also 10 minutes walk from Coventry train station.
